The Samurai is a very versatile vehicle for offroad use, but they need a lot of modifications. Luckily the truck is fairly simple and allows for a lot of different modifications. We try to offer useful parts that are functional, and provide our customers with new ideas and products that aren't widely available. We currently cover the SJ413 Samurai from 1986-1995. We may expand to the SJ410 in the future, but if you have one of these vehicles and need a part, let us know, and we will work to modify or create something specific for your vehicle.
We have done our homework and tracked down the proper seals and hardware to rebuild the Samurai manual steering box, we have sized stainless stud kits for the G series engines, and offer tubular rock sliders built for much more than looks! Browse through our Samurai parts, and keep an eye out for new releases and prototypes. With enough support, we can "jumpstart" a prototype into production, so feel free to inquire about a prototype or part you don't see listed at all.
In the harsh environments these trucks regularly see, it makes sense to use a stainless stud or bolt to avoid corrosion. These stainless stud kits are available in different lengths, specify what you need, along with the engine size (8 valve G13/G16 only) and specify exhaust or intake kits.
Occasionally we may have a completed or modified manual steering box for sale, but if you prefer to do it yourself, we offer a kit with the main bearings, seals, hardware and even a modified extended breather setup.

This piece is all stainless steel, and uses a factory sealing ring along with regular hoses and barbed fittings. Pickup and return are standard size, along with a new strainer on the pickup side. These also come with stainless hardware and a new seal. Not meant to mount an in-tank pump. Custom sizes for pickup/return are available, all are by quote, just send us an email!
These tube rock sliders look minimal, but offer maximum strength! Optional sacrificial skid plates underneath are available at added cost. Material is steel, however custom stainless or even aluminum can be used, and need to be priced accordingly.
Weber and EMPI both require between 2.5 and 3.5 PSI of fuel pressure. These kits will allow you to use any low pressure electric pump or even the stock mechanical pump. Set your fuel pressure to exactly what your carb wants. 0-15 PSI gauge included.

NOW AVAILABLE! This kit replaces the entire front 4x4 output of your Samurai transfer case with a big 6061 Billet Aluminum piece, and cable-operated twin stick shifters. Our V2R Shifter Tower now comes with the Overbuilt Output Kit.
